TRAVEL CONSULTING & MANAGEMENT FEE
I provide a highly personalized travel consulting service; as such, I charge fees for my time. We will establish a planning retainer for your specific trip upfront. A typical range for my travel engagement fee is $300-$500 per itinerary, which can include multiple accommodation or destination options. This rate covers my time to research, provide price comparisons, collaborate and manage your trip components. Plus, you receive my ongoing support after you book and during your travels.
My consulting fees are based on the complexity and length of the trip.
Here is a list of what this Full-Service Travel Planning & Mangement Fee Includes:
Initial Trip Consultation Call
Collaboration on destinations and the scope of the trip
Research & recommendations of destinations (if needed)
Accommodation, cruise ship, yacht charter research and recommendations
Transport logistics: flight suggestions and planning, trains, car, ferry, subway, etc.
Suggested tours and activities
Design and booking of your full trip itinerary proposal
Your personalized master itinerary including a mobile app for ease of use while traveling
Concierge travel assistance & restaurant recommendations
note -- travelers are responsible for making their own restaurant reservations

Packing lists and tips to prepare
Currency and banking preparations
Passport & Visa information, travel health review/safety protocols
Cost starts at $300* for the first 6 hours of collaboration, advisor research and work.
*This is a typical fee for a one week trip to one destination for two-four people.
Longer trips, more travelers, multi-destinations or last minute planning will incur additional fees due to the extra hours required to design, quote and book.
Full trip planning of shorter US trips (such as a long weekend) start at $150. I do more than just “book” the hotel. This covers my hours to contact wholesalers that can have lower rates or work direct with the hotel to quote options, secure your reservations, VIP you, extend extra amenities and assist with activities, restaurants, spa and more. Typically, for my clients booking the top Virtuoso 4-5 star hotels, the value of the free breakfasts, resort credits and other benefits you receive by booking through me will more than make-up for this fee …plus, I do all the work!
Please note: because the fee covers the initial consultation, research hours, trip design and time spent on the proposal, this fee is charged upfront and is non-refundable. The fee will be retained to cover my time, regardless of whether a client books their trip.
I guarantee my fee! If for some reason you are unhappy with my services, I will refund your travel management fee in full. I look forward to showing you the value I can add to your travel planning.
